Baby in the water

Our sweet friends, Gary and Connie Allen, came by to see Lincoln yesterday evening. I was positive it was going to be a good visit because Lincoln had a full tummy, and he had an hour long nap prior to me feeding him. Gary and Connie were at our house for a little over an hour and he never woke up!! I could not believe it. We tried everything we could think of to wake him but it did nothing. I even changed his diaper and he slept right through it! And of course, the little stinker woke up about two minutes after they left :)

Later that evening we went to my parent's house to watch The Office. It was one of the funniest episodes! If you don't watch The Office, you have got to start! When we got home, I gave Lincoln his first real bath. He absolutely loved it.

No matter how many times I would put him at the top of this bath mat, he would try to wiggle his body down to the bottom where most of the water was.



There is nothing like a clean baby ...




He became very sleepy after his bath, so I put him down in his bassinet. His bassinet has a setting where you can make it vibrate. He recently discovered that the vibrations are strongest on the plastic and top sides of the bassinet, and now he holds his hand there. Last night, he fell asleep holding his little hand up :)
