friendship ties
We were so excited when this onesie came in the mail from Anna, my sweet blog friend. She is super creative and hand-stitched the tie on herself! She also sent a photo of her adorable son Neil, that we have been putting in front of Lincoln. We tell him, "Here's your friend, Neilsy!" He smiles. Since we had warm weather today, we decided to take Lincoln's picture outside on our Craigslist-bargain-priced chair. Thank you so much, Anna!

First of all, the pictures!!! WOW. I love the blue chair. And love the blue chair outside. And blue-eyed Lincoln on the blue chair outside is too much for me to handle!
Second, thank YOU. I'm super embarrassed about the obvious homemade-ness of that, but Lincoln wearing it just covers any mistakes I made! Wow. He would look perfect in anything. Philip and I have commented on Lincoln's adorableness, too! HA.
Third. Neilsy is what we call him, as well! Fourth. I hope Lincoln and Neil do get to meet in real life one day. (And then their parents could meet, too.)

Every single photo post keeps getting better and better, Megan...and they were amazing to begin with! In awe. (And embarrassed over the onesie!) But mainly in awe.

Hi, I'm Neil's Gram and got to your blog from Anna's. I agree with everyone else: Lincoln is indeed a darling boy. I also agree that Anna is a sweetie. I do hope y'all get to meet some day. God bless you all. (My sympathies to Rufus. Finding out about his adoption must have been rough. However, the Lord put him in a great family!)
