lunch lady land

I read this blog post a couple weeks ago. This woman cooked 46 meals in one day and froze them all so she wouldn't have to cook for a loooong time. Seeing as how our lives are insanely busy, I LOVED this idea! So, Saturday I cooked all. day. long. I didn't make 46 meals, but I made enough food that I wouldn't have to cook dinner for the next few weeks! I also made a whole bunch of twice baked potatoes.


It was so nice having dinner ready in about 5 mintues today! Definitely will be doing this again.
