Lincoln update

First off, let me say that Lincoln does not have pyloric stenosis! Second--Thank you so much for your prayers yesterday. We could definitely feel them!

Lincoln's doctor's office called yesterday morning to let me know that his ultrasound appointment would be at Kosair at 1:00. They also told me he couldn't eat or drink anything the entire day. For the past couple weeks, Lincoln has been very fussy and would rarely nap during the day. Yesterday, Lincoln slept almost the entire four hours before his appointment! Then they did the ultrasound which took about an hour. Lincoln was awake for the entire thing and didn't cry. They didn't find anything abnormal on the ultrasound ... other than the fact that Lincoln has a lot of gas, which we already knew from his constant tooting! :)

We ended up getting home at around 3:00. So Lincoln went about 6 hours without having anything to eat and he never really cried. The only explanation I have is that God heard our prayers and took special care of us yesterday. We are so thankful that Lincoln doesn't need surgery! Please continue to pray for him.

Isn't it amazing how God takes care of his people?! My mom got so upset after Dad lost his job, but it has been so wonderful to watch him take care of the situation. Every day she was praying for one thing, and every day God bought that one thing to my parents. How can anyone not see what a wonderful savior we serve?!

I hope Lincoln continues to feel better. I have also been keeping your tailbone in my prayers...ouch!
