the "B" stands for Birke

After reading Anna's post on how to make a Fall wreath for under $10, I was sold. If you haven't visited Anna's blog {Bless Our Nest}, I suggest you do. She has such a sweet spirit and an adorable little family. Anyhoo ...

Chris and I went to Walmart and bought a grapevine wreath, ribbon, flowers, Goop (although we didn't really need it), and a "B" for Birke.

Chris used some of our extra house paint and painted the "B" a sage green.

Next, I wrapped the ribbon around the wreath and weaved the flowers in.

Last, we attached the B.

Here's the finished product hanging on the door!

I'm so excited for Fall! I even pulled out a few of our Fall decorations. Lincoln's excited too ...

Thanks for buying Lincoln these adorable jammies, Mom!

I love fall too! It's my favorite season. It's the first thing I noticed when I got back from Ethiopia (after the fabulous greeting I got at the airport). I noticed that it was taking extra long for the sun to rise on Monday morning and I thought - it's fall!!!! And then I watched the Colts play! It's fall!!!! And the night air is a wee bit chilly!!! It's fall!!!!
